The price of these services is customized based on your needs, which means that we will provide you with a quote after determining your project requirements. The price does not include taxes or other fees that you may be charged (e.g., domain registration, third‑party software licenses).
Full payment is required before any work begins. We do not use third‑party payment processors on this Website. To make a purchase, you will contact us directly to arrange payment via bank transfer, cash, check, debit or credit card. After we receive your full payment, we will begin working on your request.
You hereby represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method you choose and that the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

If you cancel before we have started any work, we will refund your full payment minus a cancellation fee of 3% (to cover administrative and bank fees).
If you cancel after work has commenced, no refund will be issued for work already performed. You will be invoiced for time and materials expended up to the cancellation date, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, or unavailability of necessary resources. We will provide you with 48 hours’ notice prior to cancelling your order. We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if we cancel your purchase.
We offer refunds on purchases of our services and digital products only if we cannot process your request.
To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting us at support@novacorestm.com or calling (214) 608-0164.
“Cannot process your request” means that we are unable to perform the specific service you requested due to technical, legal, or factual impossibility (for example, your requested website feature conflicts with core web security standards, or you fail to provide required content after good faith attempts).
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, delays caused by you, or after work has been completed and delivered.
If we determine that we truly cannot fulfill your request, we will refund 100% of the amount you have paid for that specific service.
Because we require full payment upfront, there are no separate advance payments or deposits. The entire amount is due before work begins. If you prefer to pay in installments, that must be agreed in a separate written contract; otherwise, the full price is required to start.
You agree that the remedy for breach of these Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase shall be to pursue dispute resolution as provided in the “Governing law, severability, dispute resolution, venue and class action waiver” section below. This remedy is intended to be your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of these Terms as it relates to your purchase.
You agree that you will use this Website in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and these Terms at all times. The following is a non‑exhaustive list of prohibited uses. You agree that you will not perform any of the following:
